Key steps of HireJar service are listed below. Fee details are provided here.

Steps for Job Posting service:

1. The Client registers at HireJar.com and posts the Job Requirement. Registration also allows the Client to browse Candidates and contact directly.
2. Professionals in the HireJar community responds to the post. Client conducts the rest of the recruiting process. 
3. HireJar invoices Client for Job Posting after at least 3 responses.
